**SUMMARY**To contact customers via phone in order to collect past due balances on their ALLDATA credit accounts. Give credit orientation to customers.Provide resolution to invoice and statements requests and direct costumers calls. Analize on hand information prior to contact customers to be able to answer customer questions related to their ALLDATA account balances.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Making phone calls to collect payments from ALLDATA customers- Phone assistance to ALLDATA billing costumers.- Resolution to invoice and statements requests**REQUIREMENTS**- Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.- Area of Study:No Special Requirement- Years of Experience:One to two years.- Type of Experience:Costumer service experience.- Special Certifications or Technical Skills:Bilingual, highly costumer service oriented, excellent communications skills, Ability to work under pressure, team worker.- Other/Preferred:Computer literate, Collections experience.
