Objective:
To ensure efficient and compliant international trade operations by managing import and export processes, improving internal supply chain procedures, monitoring adherence to OEA and SARI standards, and supporting risk analysis and communication across departments to strengthen foreign trade practices.

About the role

  • Import and export processes.
  • Develop improvements and execute internal processes within the supply chain.
  • Monitor compliance with OEA (Authorized Economic Operator) and SARI (Integrated Responsibility Management System) standards.
  • Provide support in reviewing and improving Foreign Trade procedures.
  • Participate in foreign trade risk analysis, coordinating communication with other areas of the company.

Critical Relations 

  • Supply Chain team for process improvements and execution.
  • Operations and Logistics teams for coordination of foreign trade procedures.
  • Freight forwarders and customs brokers for import/export operations.
  • External auditors for verification of compliance standards.

Requirements

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • Basic understanding of import/export processes and foreign trade concepts.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Languages: Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish.
