We are seeking remote cold callers/appointment Setters based in Mexico to schedule qualified appointments with Real Estate Agents in the United States for ICONS of Real Estate – the #1 Real Estate Podcast Network in the World.

This is not a casual side gig. It's for people who:

Can handle high-volume outbound calls

Your Mission

Cold call US Real Estate Agents

Follow our proven scripts and frameworks

Generate qualified appointments for our closers

Keep your CRM and reports clean and up to date

What We Expect (Daily KPIs)

We run on numbers and performance. You'll have clear metrics and constant support to hit them:

250 dials per day (mandatory to be successful)

Minimum 2 qualified appointments set per day

Top performers consistently hit 4+ appointments per day

We track and coach on:

Dials

Talk time

Appointments set

Show-up rate & quality of calls

If you love seeing your name on the top of a leaderboard, you'll fit right in.

Schedule

We call across all four US time zones (Tuesday to Saturday).

You must be willing to work US hours, typically:

Between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM US time, organized in long, focused shifts

This is a full-time, high-intensity role – work as much as you want to get in your pocket

Compensation & Growth

This role is commission-focused with a daily base and strong upside for hustlers:

Base: $25 USD per day

Appointment Bonuses: Get paid extra for each qualified appointment set

Performance Bonuses: Extra rewards for top numbers and consistency

Income potential (approximate):

Average performer: $1,200 USD/month

Top performer: $2,500+ USD/month

And for those who truly excel, there's a path to become a Closer or Team Lead, offering higher earning potential and leadership responsibilities.

This Role Is 100% Remote (Based in Mexico)

You can work from anywhere in Mexico, as long as you have:

Fast, stable internet

A quiet work environment

A reliable computer

Headset with good audio quality

Requirements

We're looking for:

Experience in sales, call centers, or cold calling (preferred but not mandatory if you're a real hustler)

Advanced English (you will speak to US agents all day)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Ability to follow scripts and also adapt in real conversations

Coachable mindset: you like feedback, training, and improving your metrics

Emotional resilience: you can handle rejection and keep dialing
