Propósito del puesto

Diseñar, automatizar y gestionar los procesos de información de Recursos Humanos mediante herramientas analíticas, programación y tableros de control, con el objetivo de
asegurar información confiable en tiempo real
, optimizar la toma de decisiones y acelerar la transformación digital del área de RH.

Responsabilidades principales

·      Gestionar y automatizar el control de
altas, bajas y movimientos de personal
.

·      Elaborar y optimizar
reportes de rotación, headcount y vacantes
.

·      Diseñar y mantener
dashboards de control
en tiempo real para RH y Dirección.

·      Automatizar reportes mediante
Python, Excel avanzado y/o herramientas de BI
.

·      Desarrollar soluciones de
People Analytics
para detectar tendencias y oportunidades.

·      Participar en el diseño y mantenimiento de la
intranet y páginas internas de RH
.

·      Asegurar la calidad, consistencia y confiabilidad de la información.

Requisitos

·      Experiencia sólida en
People Analytics / HR Analytics
y procesos clave de Recursos Humanos.

·      Conocimientos avanzados en
Data Analytics
, automatización y visualización de datos.

·      Manejo de
Python
, Excel avanzado y herramientas de Business Intelligence (Power BI deseable).

·      Capacidad para
sistematizar y robotizar reportes
y procesos manuales.

·      Conocimientos básicos de
desarrollo web
(HTML, CSS; deseable UX/UI).

·      Pensamiento analítico, enfoque a resultados y atención al detalle.

·      Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y colaborativa en equipos multidisciplinarios.
