The Opportunity
Establish and implement the Facility strategy and plan for the assigned San Luis Potosi offices; ensure the Plant has the right facility at the right costs and location to achieve operational objectives.

How You´ll Make An Impact

  • Ensure compliance with facility services objectives by defining the allocation of human and material resources for real estate leadership and internal customers.
  • Manage contractors of Hitachi Energy in order to optimize the resource and the cost through standardization to the needs of equipment and services, always considering the safety and integrity of people
  • Define the plan for maintenance, repair, and building works and manage it. Ensure that appropriate deadlines and costs are met, that the work is carried out, and that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that the real estate function within the Reynosa Plant is properly organized, managed, and staffed by qualified personnel, guiding, motivating, and leading indirect employees in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and practices.
  • Ensure that facilities and services are managed and monitored to maximize energy efficiency by developing assessments and recommending energy-saving solutions.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Engineering or project management
  • 3+ years of experience in related functions
  • English Language Advanced
  • Knowledge in energy projects or related
