Brief Overview
Our Accounting department is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join this fast pace, high volume, great culture team

This position will support the Company's suppliers in ensuring invoices are accounted for in a timely fashion allowing vendors to be paid on terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entry of vendor invoices
  • Match invoices to PO
  • Resolution of AP invoice failures
  • Work closely with buyers, warehouse, and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and hold issues
  • Monitor the AP aging and AP accounts to ensure all invoice issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Reconcile supplier statements, research, and correct discrepancies
  • Ensure all credits are received and processed in a timely manner
  • Provide communication to management regarding issues

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of relevant business experience required
  • Oracle knowledge preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills required
