Definir, implementar y mantener  lay out de Maquinas de Moldeo, Decorado, Metalizado y Celdas de Manufactura segun area asignada

Documentar la implementacion o cambios de lay out con Gerente de Operaciones del area, Produccion, Calidad, Manufactura/Procesos, Supply chain, Mantenimiento utilizando formato controlado

Definir, implementar, mantener y mejorar los flujos de material en el area asignada junto con Supply chain y Manufactura

Atender juntas de accountability, Cambios de ingenieria, Program Manager

Implementar acciones necesarias por los Cambios de ingenieria tales como validacion Tiempos de ciclo, cambios de Lay out, identificaciones de estaciones,racks etc

Realizar estudios de capacidad, analizando % de utilizacion de maquinas o celdas

Toma de Tiempos

Analisis y Balanceo de lineas para el incremento de rate o la optimizacion del Headcount

Coordinar Movimientos industriales asegurando la ejecucion de las actividades de cada area ya sea Moldeo, Pintura/Metalizado, Ensamble

Realizar presentaciones para solicitar la aprobacion al Cliente de los respectivos movimientos, reporte de seguimiento, cuando aplique realizar y seguimiento de requisiciones de compra y ordenes de Compra

Creacion y modificacion de rutas en SAP (Componentes actuales / Nuevos Modelos y CNs)

Validacion / Calculo de autonomias en gravities (PFEP)

Principales Responsabilidades:

•    Conocer, cumplir y hacer cumplir la política y las directrices de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad (EH & S) de la planta..

Responsabilidades Adicionales

•    Cumplir las reglas de la organización
•    Cumplir y dar seguimiento a la política de calidad de OPMOBILITY.

•    Desarrollar, comunicar, implementar, mantener y cumplir con los procedimientos correspondientes a su función
