We are hiring a remote Recruiter to join our team in California

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization, working closely with hiring managers to identify the best candidates who align with our company values and objectives. This is a remote position, and the ability to work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone is required to effectively collaborate with our team and align with our operational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads on various platforms, including Indeed, to attract qualified candidates
  • Utilize Google Sheets to track and manage applicant information effectively
  • Collaborate across teams
  • Utilize Google Calendar to schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Stay updated on the company's workforce requirements and be forward-thinking about talent needs
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and collecting feedback
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback
  • Assist with the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, recruitment or similar role
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools such as Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Gmail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English language fluency
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Must be able to work on Pacific Standard Time zone

Pay rate starting at $3.50 hourly (you must have US bank account details to receive payments)
