Sr. SysAdmin Specialist

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Guiar a las diferentes fábricas de migración en administración de sistemas y storage, resolviendo dudas e incidencias técnicas.
  • Orientar en la planificación y evaluación de remediaciones, mejorando la gestión de incidentes en ambientes híbridos.
  • Definir y mantener estándares, procedimientos y mejores prácticas de infraestructura.
  • Establecer directrices de configuración y migración de aplicaciones en entornos físicos, virtuales y cloud.
  • Actuar como subject matter expert (SME) en troubleshooting de servidores, redes, storage y virtualización.
  • Promover la automatización mediante CI/CD, incrementando la agilidad y consistencia operativa.
  • Brindar coaching técnico a los equipos, impulsando la mejora continua desde la planeación hasta la migración exitosa.
  • Analizar issues complejos y proponer soluciones sostenibles y alineadas a estándares de seguridad.

Requisitos

  • Inglés avanzado conversacional
  • Modalidad hibrida (oficinas en Insurgentes Sur, CDMX)
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en administración de sistemas y análisis funcional.
  • Conocimiento de Administración de virtualización con VMware.
  • Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers (F5).
  • Storage & Backup: SAN/NAS, RAID, snapshots, replication.
  • Scripting y automatización: PowerShell, Bash, Python (tareas de administración).
  • Seguridad: OS hardening, Active Directory, Kerberos, PKI.
  • Monitoreo: Dynatrace o equivalentes.
  • Curso obligatorio en Azure, certificación preferente (Azure Administrator, Infrastructure o equivalente).

Conocimientos Técnicos Avanzados

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform.
  • Configuration Management: Puppet.
  • CI/CD para infraestructura: GitOps, Azure DevOps.
  • Containerización: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
  • Cloud Computing: Azure (VMs, secure images, patch automation, backups, storage).
  • Red y conectividad: Virtual networks, F5 LB, VPNs, ExpressRoute, subnets, firewalls.
  • Almacenamiento cloud: Object, File y Block Storage (Azure Files, Azure Blob).
  • NetApp ONTAP Cloud Volumes.
  • DR & Continuidad: Multi-region failover, snapshots, replication.
  • FinOps: right-sizing de VMs y optimización de costos.
  • Cloud-native monitoring: Azure Monitor, logging centralizado.

Certificaciones y Requisitos Deseables

  • Certificación en Red Hat y VMWare (altamente deseables)
  • Certificación en Azure (Azure Administrator, Infrastructure o equivalente).
  • Conocimientos adicionales en AWS o GCP.
  • Storage Admin, Azure, Linux Administration, Networking, Windows Server Configuration & Administration.
