Buscamos a un(a) becario(a) de Content Marketing con interés en el mundo digital, la creación de contenido y la comunicación con audiencias. Esta posición es ideal para alguien con ganas de aprender, aportar ideas creativas y desarrollarse en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Apoyar en la creación, redacción y revisión de contenidos para redes sociales, blogs y otros canales digitales.
  • Programar y dar seguimiento a publicaciones en redes sociales.
  • Dar apoyo en la gestión de mensajes y comentarios, manteniendo una comunicación cercana y profesional con la audiencia.
  • Colaborar en la organización y seguimiento de proyectos de contenido.
  • Apoyar en tareas administrativas relacionadas con campañas y calendarios de contenido.
  • Proponer ideas creativas para mejorar la comunicación y el engagement de las marcas.

Requisitos

  • Excelente redacción y ortografía
    , esenciales para la creación y curaduría de contenido.
  • Facilidad para aprender nuevas herramientas
    , especialmente plataformas de redes sociales y programas de edición básica.
  • Organización y seguimiento de proyectos
    , con capacidad para cumplir fechas de entrega y manejar múltiples tareas.
  • Capacidad de servicio al cliente
    , para interactuar de forma amable y profesional con audiencias y clientes.
  • Habilidades de comunicación
    , tanto escritas como verbales, para colaborar eficientemente con el equipo.
  • Proactividad y creatividad
    , con iniciativa para proponer ideas y participar activamente en el desarrollo de contenido.

Perfil ideal

  • Estudiante de Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad, Diseño, Letras o carreras afines. (a partir del séptimo semestre)
  • Interés por el marketing digital y las tendencias en redes sociales.
  • Actitud positiva, curiosidad constante y ganas de aprender.
