Role Objective

Druven is seeking a versatile 
PR Project Manager
 to bridge the gap between initial strategy and final results. We need a professional capable of drafting winning PR proposals and taking full ownership of their execution, journalistic writing, and media outreach. This role focuses on the meticulous follow-up of client projects, ensuring every campaign becomes a reality through active media relations and persistent tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bilingual Proposal & Content Development:
     Write persuasive PR proposals and high-quality journalistic content (press releases, articles, and media kits) in both 
    English and Spanish
    .
  • International Media Relations:
     Actively pitch stories to journalists and editors. You will maintain and expand a network of media contacts to secure coverage.
  • End-to-End Execution:
     Turn approved proposals into actionable campaigns, managing the workflow from the initial draft to the final media clipping.
  • Project Tracking & Follow-up:
     Serve as the "operational engine," providing meticulous daily follow-up on all client projects to ensure no international deadline is missed.
  • Reporting:
     Monitor global media mentions and compile detailed coverage reports for the department head and international clients.
  • Operational Coordination:
     Utilize internal tools (Bonsai) to track project milestones, client deliverables, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Advanced English Proficiency:
     
    Fluent spoken English and Exceptional Written English are mandatory.
  • Journalistic Writing:
     Exceptional ability to write in various journalistic styles. You must know how to frame a story to make it "pitchable."(Mexican and international media)
  • Media Network:
     An existing network of media contacts and a proven track record of successful placements.
  • Proposal Crafting:
     Experience in creating structured PR plans and proposals that align with client goals.
  • Execution Mindset:
     Highly organized with a strong "get-it-done" attitude; you take pride in seeing a project through to completion.

Experience & Location

  • 3–5 years of experience in a PR agency, newsroom, or corporate communications role.
  • Location:
     Remote. 
    Preference for candidates located in Puebla.
  • Experience with the U.S. market or conducting PR activities in the United States is a significant plus.
