Customer Success
enfocado a brindar una
excelente experiencia al cliente interno
, asegurando atención, seguimiento y cumplimiento en tiempo, calidad y alcance de las solicitudes o proyectos asignados.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Atender y dar seguimiento a solicitudes del cliente interno.
  • Asegurar calidad y tiempos de respuesta.
  • Participar en proyectos que mejoren la experiencia del cliente.
  • Documentar procesos y apoyar en análisis de datos.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua dentro de las áreas internas.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en atención a cliente interno o roles similares.
  • Conocimeintos en Operaciones
  • Mejora continua
  • Documentación de procesos
  • Análisis de datos
  • Tecnologías relacionadas con gestión de proyectos
  • Escolaridad deseable: Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, TI o afines.
  • Deseable (no indispensable): Certificación PMI.

Ofrecemos

  • Sueldo mensual: $20,000.00 brutos
  • 10% en vales de despensa
  • 10% en fondo de ahorro
  • Horario: Lunes a viernes, 9:00 am a 6:00 pm
  • Contratación por reemplazo
