About the Client

Our client is a 360° content agency based in New York City. They partner with global brands to craft meaningful storytelling across digital, social, and experiential platforms. Their work combines strategic thinking, strong design, and cultural insight to create campaigns that engage audiences and drive results.

The Role

We're looking for a Creative Art Director who can lead, design, and shape visual storytelling that connects deeply with audiences. This person will be hands-on in concepting and executing ideas while guiding creative teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality work. The ideal candidate has strong visual taste, a strategic mindset, and proven experience working in fast-paced creative or advertising environments — particularly in the world of events, activations, and 360 campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative concept development for integrated campaigns (digital, social, experiential, and content).

  • Oversee and guide designers, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign strategy.

  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and producers to deliver unified creative solutions.

  • Develop moodboards, storyboards, and design systems that strengthen storytelling.

  • Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.

  • Stay ahead of creative trends and bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas to the table.

     

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Lead in marketing, advertising, or design agencies.

  • Proven experience working with U.S.-based companies or global brands.

  • Background in event production, experiential marketing, or 360° creative campaigns.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual excellence.

  • Ability to lead and inspire creative teams, or interest in stepping into a leadership role.

  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multicultural teams.

  • Passion for creating work that moves people and builds authentic brand connections.

     

Details

Location: Remote — anywhere in Latin America (ideally Mexico)

Language: Advanced English

Type: Independent Contractor

Salary Range: USD $3,000 – $4,000/month

Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. business hours - ET
