As a Social Media Assistant at Social Imprint, youll make sure every piece of content we create actually makes it onto our clients pages on time, with care, and with consistent engagement. Youll handle the posting process across platforms, keep clients pages active, and help maintain a genuine connection with their audience.
This role is all about consistency, attention to detail, and being proactive. Youll work closely with the Social Media Strategist and Creative Copywriter to follow approved content calendars and ensure every post, story, and reel goes live as planned. While simple, this position plays a key part in keeping our clients brands visible and engaged daily.
WHAT YOULL DO- Post approved content (Reels, Stories, Carousels, etc.) across social platforms according to schedule.
- Double-check captions, hashtags, and tags for accuracy before posting.
- Monitor posts for performance and alert the Strategist if anything seems off (errors, low engagement, technical issues, etc.).
- Engage with followers in comments and DMs to maintain a responsive, professional presence.
- Like, comment, and engage with relevant content from other accounts to increase visibility and community presence.
- Ensure that clients pages are always active, clean, and on-brand.
- Stay online during scheduled posting and engagement periods to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Report engagement insights or screenshots as requested by the Strategist.

- The strategist and team never have to worry about missed posts or forgotten engagement.
- Audiences feel connected and heard through timely replies and interaction.
- You help boost visibility and engagement through consistent activity.
