  • Responsible for processing invoices, ensuring they are ready for timely payment, and correctly entered in Oracle to maintain accurate and up-to-date AP balances.
  • Ensure the timely processing and payment of critical invoices, including utility bills and urgent payments, with accurate Oracle entries reflecting proper AP balances.
  • Identify and resolve root causes of set-aside invoices in coordination with the AP Analyst MX and relevant departments, ensuring error-free scheduling and on-time payments.
  • Work closely with the tax department to improve and streamline the Accounts Payable processes in Mexico.
  • Provide support for internal/external audits, income tax returns, and other financial activities, while maintaining Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and achieve objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in Internal Audit, Accounts Payable, Taxes, and General Accounting.
  • Conversational English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
