OBJETIVO GENERAL:

Desarrollar, optimizar y asegurar la estabilidad de los procesos de moldeo por inyección, garantizando operaciones eficientes, alta calidad en los componentes plásticos y el cumplimiento de estándares automotrices, impulsando la mejora continua y brindando soporte técnico al personal de producción.

FUNCIONES:

  • Diseñar e implementar procesos de moldeo por inyección utilizando principios de moldeo científico.
  • Optimizar diseños de piezas y moldes para mejorar manufacturabilidad, tiempos de ciclo y rendimiento.
  • Realizar pruebas, validaciones y estudios de capacidad para asegurar procesos robustos.
  • Desarrollar y mantener planes de mantenimiento preventivo para moldes, máquinas y equipos auxiliares.
  • Colaborar con equipos de mantenimiento para reducir tiempos muertos y extender la vida útil de herramientas.

Monitorear el desempeño de los equipos y recomendar mejoras, actualizaciones o reemplazos.

  • Impulsar mejoras en eficiencia mediante iniciativas Lean, SMED y Kaizen.
  • Analizar datos de producción para identificar tendencias e implementar acciones correctivas.

Mantener actualizada la documentación de procesos, instrucciones de trabajo y guías de solución de problemas.

  • Supervisar a los técnicos de moldeo y proporcionar capacitación técnica.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de parámetros optimizados y estándares de calidad establecidos.

  • Actualizar y mantener PFMEA, Planes de Control y demás Core Tools de calidad.
  • Apoyar auditorías internas y externas, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de la industria automotriz.

Requisitos: Experiencia, Conocimientos y Habilidades:

  • Actualizar y mantener PFMEA, Planes de Control y demás Core Tools de calidad.
  • Diseñar e implementar procesos de moldeo por inyección utilizando principios de moldeo científico.
  • Conocimiento sólido de máquinas de inyección, herramentales, polímeros y equipos periféricos.
  • Experiencia en sistemas de mantenimiento preventivo y principios de TPM.
  • Familiaridad con metodología de moldeo científico y herramientas de mejora continua.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office; deseable uso de Minitab o software estadístico similar.
  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Plásticos o área relacionada.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en procesos de moldeo por inyección (preferentemente automotriz).
