We have an opportunity for a Operations Molding Production Supervisor, to join our Reynosa team. You will be responsible for supervising the manufacturing operations of plastic injection molded parts and coordinating the different departments of the business unit (purchasing, production, engineering, tool room, maintenance, and quality), ensuring that products are delivered safely, on time, with high quality, and at the lowest possible cost. Leads production teams, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

You Will:

  • Oversee and control the production process, ensuring compliance with production schedules and standards.
  • Manage daily operations by coordinating production supervisors, team leaders, and operators, as well as workplace organization and process discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as legal and internal training requirements.
  • Analyze production performance data (KPIs, yields, order completion) and implement corrective measures to achieve objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Industrial, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering.
    • 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar position within the industry.
  • Knowledge of plastic injection processes, injection machines, peripheral equipment, and molds.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
  • Experience in line balancing, personnel management, working under pressure, leadership, Kaizen methodology, and continuous flow.
  • Bilingual – Required.
