Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Analyst to join our advisory team for a structured internship program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment banking through active participation in live transactions, client work, and strategic advisory mandates. You'll collaborate closely with deal teams and gain exposure to the full deal lifecycle, developing a strong foundation for a future career in finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior bankers in origination, opportunity evaluation, and transaction execution

  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to support strategic decision-making

  • Perform in-depth company and industry research

  • Help prepare client presentations, memorandums, and other key materials

  • Participate in due diligence and client meetings, gaining firsthand exposure to deal execution

  • Work closely with team members and clients across a variety of industries and transaction types

Core Skills and Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese required for Brazil-based hires)

  • Based in Latin America or the United States (remote)

  • Exceptional academic credentials (minimum GPA of 3.7 or equivalent)

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail

  • Demonstrated dedication, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
