Top Personnel Group is working with a Mexican company, dedicated to offering tailor-made financial solutions through operational leasing and sale & lease back of machinery, equipment, and other assets that companies require to improve their productivity.

About the Role: As an Investment Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and financial performance through the evaluation of investment and debt raising opportunities, as well as investor relations, working alongside the management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate investment opportunities and support deal executions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and portfolio performance analyses.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reports and other investor relations communications.
  • Support the fundraising process by preparing materials for lenders and investors, coordinating due diligence, and tracking deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, actuarial sciences or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of working experience, preferably in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and valuation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
