Propósito general de puesto:
Asegurar que toda la información de los mantenimientos realizados en el contrato se capture de manera oportuna y confiable en Service Plataform y se encuentre disponible para los análisis e informes requeridos en la organización.
Funciones principales:
Generar órdenes de trabajo en Service Plataform y capturar en las mismas actividades, mano de obra, tiempos y fallas.
Asegurar que la información de mantenimiento a los equipos sea veraz y oportuna.
Capturar los horómetros de equipos y componentes.
Extraer reportes de indicadores de equipos como disponibilidad, MTBF, MTTR.
Extraer reportes de gestión de mantenimiento y de mano de obra.
Mantener la información actualizada.
Asegurar el flujo de los estados de las ordenes de trabajo desde su generación hasta el cierre.
Realizar revisiones periódicas de la información ingresada y solicitar la información faltante.
Generar recomendaciones al proceso de gestión de mantenimiento en los contratos.
Verificar que las refacciones consumidas en los mantenimientos hayan sido ingresadas en las ordenes de trabajo.
Perfil:
Carrera técnica o ingeniería en mecatrónica, mecánica, eléctrica, minas, industrial o afines.
De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en el procesamiento de datos.
Deseable uso de software de gestión de mantenimiento como: Máximo, SAP, Fractal, Infor.
Licencia de conducir tipo chofer.
