Propósito del Puesto

Estamos buscando a un/a Arquitect@ de Datos para diseñar soluciones de arquitectura de datos robustas, escalables y seguras, garantizando una integración eficiente, alta calidad y disponibilidad óptima para soportar aplicaciones, analítica y toma de decisiones.

Este rol se desempeña en una organización del sector financiero, lo que requiere un alto nivel de enfoque en la seguridad de los datos, la resiliencia de los sistemas y el cumplimiento estricto de la normativa (compliance).

Responsabilidades:


• Elaborar arquitecturas de datos en entornos cloud-native y híbridos (cloud/on-premise).


• Definir modelos de datos, esquemas y estrategias de integración de fuentes.


• Diseñar e implementar medidas de optimización, rendimiento y seguridad en plataformas de datos.


• Crear y mantener documentación detallada de arquitecturas y repositorios de conocimiento técnico.


• Proporcionar asesoría técnica en la selección y adopción de tecnologías de datos.

Requisitos y Habilidades Técnicas:


• + 5 años en diseño e implementación de arquitecturas de datos en entornos empresariales.


• Dominio en modelado de datos (relacional, dimensional, NoSQL) y arquitecturas distribuidas.


• Experiencia práctica con plataformas Big Data como Hadoop, Spark.


• Familiaridad en servicios cloud para datos (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse).


• Manejo de herramientas ETL/ELT y construcción de pipelines de datos.

Oferta:


• Sueldo neto de 60 a 70k mxn mensuales.
