, we're looking for an energetic
Account Development Executive (ADE)
to support our Account Management team and help build long-lasting client relationships.

You'll play a key role in identifying and engaging new online customers, driving early adoption, and ensuring their continued success through strong follow-up and exceptional customer care.

What You'll Do

  • Qualify and reach out to new online (SMB) customers.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships through our CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to align goals and drive renewals.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Provide excellent service and proactive problem-solving.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales ideally within SaaS or tech companies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven success in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Advanced
