Deine Aufgaben / your mission

  • Gesamtverantwortung für einen Engineering- oder Produktionsbereich
    , einschließlich strategischer und operativer Steuerung
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von rund 20–30 Mitarbeitenden
    , inklusive mehrerer Team- / Abteilungsleiter
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Technologie- und Prozessverbesserungen
    zur Steigerung von Qualität, Effizienz und Produktivität
  • Initiierung und Steuerung von Entwicklungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
    in enger Abstimmung mit internen und internationalen Partnern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Leistungskennzahlen
    sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Produktions- und Entwicklungsprozessen (z. B. Lean, Six Sigma, CIP)
  • Erarbeitung von Technologie- und Investitionsstrategien
    im Rahmen langfristiger Unternehmensziele
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit
    Forschung, Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Supply Chain Management
  • Förderung einer
    innovationsorientierten und leistungsstarken Teamkultur

Dein Profil / your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in
    Ingenieurwissenschaften, Physik, Chemie, Materialwissenschaften
    oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der High-Tech-Fertigung, Mikroelektronik oder Präzisionstechnologie
  • Nachweisbare
    Führungserfahrung im technischen oder produktionsnahen Umfeld
    , idealerweise mit internationaler Verantwortung
  • Fundiertes Wissen in
    Prozessentwicklung, Technologiemanagement und Fertigungsoptimierung
  • Erfahrung im
    Projektmanagement, Performance-Controlling und Change Management
  • Strategische und zugleich praxisorientierte Denkweise, hohe
    Umsetzungsstärke und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute
    Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
    in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstarke, inspirierende Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis
