Somos un estudio de tatuajes contemporáneo ubicado en Querétaro.

Buscamos un Team Leader de Marketing apasionado por las redes sociales, el arte y la estrategia digital, que nos ayude a posicionarnos como una marca referente en la escena creativa local.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing digital (Instagram, TikTok, campañas pagadas).
  • Liderar al equipo de marketing (community manager, diseñador, fotógrafo/videógrafo).
  • Planificar y aprobar calendarios de contenido alineados a la estética de la marca.
  • Administrar presupuesto, coordinar campañas y medir resultados (ROI, engagement, leads).
  • Impulsar la presencia del estudio mediante colaboraciones e iniciativas creativas locales.

Requisitos:

  • Edad preferente: 25 a 35 años (no excluyente).
  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación o afín.
  • 2 a 5 años de experiencia en marketing digital y redes sociales.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos o proyectos creativos.
  • Conocimiento en Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads y métricas digitales.
  • Afinidad con el arte, tatuajes y cultura visual contemporánea.
  • Automovil y disponibilidad para moverse entre Centro & Juriquilla

Ofrecemos:

  • Sueldo base: $12,000 a $18,000 MXN mensuales, según experiencia.
