Job Description:

This role designs solutions using HPE products and services and answers technical questions about them. English is needed to assist Presales teams in US and Canada.

How you will make your mark

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT Engineering programs (Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechatronic)

-0 to 3 years in technical IT roles such as: IT support, IT delivery, SW development, Data Analysis, or Presales consultant

-Keywords to identify the above:

-HPE Products – data center systems such as, servers, storage, networking (switches, routers, firewalls) – can be from other vendors as Dell/EMC, Lenovo, Cisco, Oracle, Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Juniper, Fortinet, Vmware, Nutanix

-Installation or troubleshooting of the products mentioned

-Programming languages – Java, C, C++, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript

-Data Analysis – Python, Power BI, Tableau, R

Technical consulting, solution designing, design and deliver proposals, configuring and quoting solutions

About you:

-Computer Architecture knowledge identifying the components of a computer and their purpose

-Strong English communication skills written and spoken

-Fast learner of technology concepts and understanding the purpose of technologies

-Strong consulting skills to capture customer requirements and preferences

-Sense or urgency to manage time properly when answering to customers

-Great attention to detail around both the deliverables and the process they follow to complete tasks

-Strong teamwork to collaborate and deliver solutions more effectively and document knowledge to share with others

Desirables

-IT certifications issued by HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Broadcom, Marvell, Microsoft, Oracle, Amazon AWS, CompTIA, VMware, Nutanix

-IT diplomas and bootcamps offered by Universities such as ITESM, UNAM, IPN, ITESO, IBERO
