Es responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y operativos en materia de medio ambiente dentro de la planta. Su función principal es vigilar y mantener los estándares ambientales tanto en documentación como en piso, además de promover una cultura ambiental sólida entre los colaboradores.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Vigilar y mantener el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y operativos en materia de medio ambiente, tanto en documentación como en piso.
  • Promover la cultura ambiental dentro de la organización.
  • Dar seguimiento a los indicadores clave de desempeño ambiental
    (waste to landfill
    , consumo de agua, electricidad, entre otros).
  • Coordinar y ejecutar campañas de reducción de residuos.
  • Gestionar los residuos generados en las naves, incluyendo residuos de manejo especial, residuos peligrosos y residuos sólidos urbanos.
  • Elaborar y validar el COA.
  • Atender visitas y auditorías de autoridades gubernamentales relacionadas con temas ambientales (SEMARNAT, CONAFOR, SEDEMA, entre otras).

Perfil y experiencia:

  • Licenciatura en Seguridad industrial, Química, ambiental, Biología, o afín.
  • 4 años de experiencia en puesto similar en plantas de manufactura.
  • Conocimientos de la normativa aplicable en materia de medio ambiente y entidades de gobierno ambiental (SEMARNAT, SEDUE, CONAGUA, secretaria de medio ambiente, etc.).

Conocimientos/experiencia requerida e indispensable:

  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Experiencia en Plantas de Manufactura / maquilas.
  • Conocimiento de la normativa aplicable en materia de medio ambiente y Entidades de gobierno ambiental (SEMARNAT, SEDUE, CONAGUA, secretaria de medio ambiente, etc).
  • Experiencia en TPM (conocimiento de la metodología, que haya formado parte de un pilar), WCM o Lean Six Sigma).
