What awaits you:
• Responsible for all measurement tasks to ensure product quality during the development and mass production phases, in accordance with the Control Plan.
• Responsible for product validation and, in case of non-conformance, implementing the escalation process.
• Responsible for product audits.
• Support the Load Train and EPQW processes.
• Responsible for the first-piece release in mass production.
• Support the Continuous Improvement process.
• Assist in generating quality alerts.
• Support Quality Management in supervising production processes and product quality (NCP, FPI, Rework, etc.).
• Responsible for maintaining the measurement room, cutting area, and testing area.
• Support Quality Management in internal, external, and customer audits.
What you'll need to succeed:
· University Technical Degree (Engineering preferred)
· At least 2 years of work experience in the automotive industry
· Knowledge of measuring units and equipment
· Knowledge of the 7 quality tools
· English proficiency desirable
