Técnico de Mantenimiento

Objetivo del puesto:

Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento, mantenimiento y reparación de los equipos para asegurar la operación eficiente de la planta.

Requisitos:

  • Educación: Carrera técnica terminada y/o experiencia en puesto similar.
  • Manejo de máquinas de corte, prensado, inyección, pistolas, etc.
  • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Conocimientos básicos de electricidad y electrónica (preferente).
  • Uso de equipos de medición (multímetro, flexómetro, amperímetro).
  • Manejo básico de computadora (Office).

Funciones principales:

  • Cumplir con el programa semanal de mantenimientos preventivos.
  • Realizar mantenimientos correctivos.
  • Brindar soporte inmediato a las áreas de producción que lo requieran.

Actividades clave:

  • Atender reparaciones en máquinas de corte, prensas, inyección y ensamble.
  • Administrar eficazmente herramientas y refacciones.
  • Dar seguimiento a mantenimientos preventivos programados.
  • Apoyar en trabajos generales de mantenimiento de planta.
  • Encender compresores al inicio del turno.
  • Colaborar con otros técnicos en reparaciones complejas.
  • Auxiliar en reparaciones y ajustes de mecanismos utilizados en la planta.
  • Cumplir con procedimientos y políticas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Participar en actividades derivadas de la implementación de ISO 9001:201.
  • Realizar todas aquellas tareas inherentes al puesto para cubrir las necesidades de la empresa.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
