GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Concept + Design Studio is the full-service in-house partner for all things creative within HBO Max Marketing at Warner Bros. Discovery. Our work spans multiple teams globally and encompasses brand identity, campaigns, toolkits, key art, OOH, motion graphics, and print and digital design. Together, we create and translate the brand for any medium to best serve our stories.

We are seeking a talented Creative Production Manager who will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality creative assets across marketing channels — championing the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across platforms, and acting as the liaison between designers, operations, and business partners. Above all, they must have a deep understanding of the creative production process, including how visual communications, branding, and design systems are built.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support an in-house team of production designers and oversee the delivery of high-quality brand assets for multiple platforms
  • Have a strong understanding of static asset spec requirements, placements, and templates
  • Manage communications between the production designers and business partners across operations, brand strategy, and leadership
  • Ensure that all stakeholder feedback is captured, addressed, and retained for other campaigns
  • Demonstrate initiative and prioritize tasks to help produce high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment through final delivery
  • Possess excellent time-management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Oversee brand and layout consistency across all campaign assets, upholding the elevated visual brand standards
  • Work closely with Creative Director to review layouts and content, and provide solutions
  • Ability to anticipate needs of the project and pivot
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience in a related role in-house or at an agency
  • Proficient in the latest Mac software including Adobe Creative Cloud and relevant troubleshooting tools, with a willingness to embrace AI
  • Ability to problem-solve, taking a bird's-eye view to connect all the pieces of a campaign
  • Flexibility to collaborate globally
  • Takes initiative and thrives in a high-pressure, dynamic environment
  • Excellent English communications skills, verbal and written
