About the role:

Quality Jr. Engineer will support continuous improvement initiatives in after-sales service. This role will be responsible for conducting dealer and competitor service evaluations, analyzing service quality, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions. The position plays a vital role in ensuring high standards in customer service and vehicle delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.-Service Quality Monitoring:

  • Conduct secret visits (mystery shopping) to BYD dealers and competitor service centers.
  • Collect and regularly report findings on service quality.0

2.- Sales Service Improvement:

  • Promote service improvement actions based on visit results.
  • Follow up to ensure that all identified issues are resolved effectively.

3.-PDI & After-Sales Support:

  • Monitor and follow up on Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and after-sales issues.
  • Support the rapid implementation of corrective and improvement projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Maximum 2-4
    years of experience in quality assurance, after-sales, and customer service in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of PDI processes, audits, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to travel for field visits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office Excel and reporting tools.
  • English Proficiency.
