First Brands Group is hiring for a
Sr. Data Analyst
join our growing analytics team. You will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and analysing data from
multiple ERPs and business systems
— spanning sales, production, supply chain, and aftersales — and turning it into
actionable insights
that drive performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Insights & Reporting

  • Design and deliver
    interactive Power BI dashboards
    and reports for functions such as Sales, Aftermarket, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Analyse trends in vehicle and parts sales, dealer performance, stock levels, and production planning.
  • Translate findings into
    clear business recommendations
    that support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, automate recurring reporting, and strengthen data-driven culture.

Data Cleaning & Transformation

  • Clean and model raw operational and financial data into
    consistent, high-quality analytical datasets
    .
  • Standardize and reconcile information from multiple systems (e.g., aligning part numbers, plant codes, or dealer hierarchies).
  • Apply Power Query (M), DAX, and data modelling best practices to optimize data performance and accuracy.

Data Extraction & Integration

  • Connect Power BI to multiple, complex automotive data sources (e.g., ERP, DMS, CRM, PLM, logistics systems).
  • Develop and maintain Microsoft Fabric
    data pipelines and dataflows
    to ensure reliable and timely updates.
  • Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to manage
    API, SQL, and flat-file integrations
    from diverse systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years
    of experience as a Sr. Data Analyst or BI Analyst, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills — able to
    turn complex data into practical insights
    for non-technical users.
  • Strong understanding of
    data cleaning
    , validation, and reconciliation methods.
  • Proven experience with
    Power BI
    (Power Query, Dataflow Gen2, DAX, data modelling).
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience handling data from
    ERP systems
    (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other operational platforms.
  • English level C1 or native

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to
    manufacturing KPIs
    such as sales forecast accuracy, dealer network performance, inventory turnover, or production efficiency.
  • Familiarity with
    ETL tools
    or
    data warehouse environments
    (e.g. Fabric, Azure, Snowflake).
  • Understanding of
    data governance
    and
    master data management
    in manufacturing contexts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working and providing BI solutions to the CEO or management teams.
