Your Contribution

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of daily bank reconciliations for multiple entities and currencies.
  • Support the recording and classification of treasury transactions in the accounting system.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities.
  • Help monitor cash positions and support the preparation of cash flow reports.
  • Participate in the review and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
  • Assist in the documentation and improvement of treasury processes and internal controls.
  • Support the team in audit requests and compliance-related documentation.
  • Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned by the Treasury team.

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
