GERENTE DE PLANEACION DE PRODUCCION

ÁREA DE CONTROL DEL PUESTOREPORTA A:
Gerente de Materiales.

SUPERVISA A:
Planedores de Produccion, Programadores de Produccion.

PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO

Aseguarar que el Plan Maestro de Producción es factible en base a las necesidades de Mercadotecnia manteniendo un nivel óptimo de inventario de producto terminado.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

  • Analiza diversas Fuentes de Demanda (Pronósticos, Órdenes en Firme, etc.) así como también asiste a reuniones con Producción, Calidad, Materiales, Ingeniería y Mercadotecnia para elaborar Planes de Producción Factibles.
  • Liderar el proceso de gestión de la demanda.
  • Coordinar el proceso de gestión de recursos de fabricación.
  • Apoyar el proceso S&OP (Supply Review).
  • Coordinar O&FP.
  • Implementar mejores prácticas en el área de planificación de la producción.
  • Coordinar los programas de formación y el proceso de desarrollo de personas.
  • Liderar proyectos de ahorro.
  • Liderar el servicio al cliente.
  • Monitorear, controlar y comunicar el desempeño de las métricas.
  • Desarrollar planes estratégicos para lograr objetivos.
  • Supervisa al Personal de su Área y Asigna las tareas para asegurar el flujo continuo del trabajo así como el Cumplimiento de Proyectos.
  • Evaluaciones de Desempeño de sus Subordinados y Recomienda los Planes de Desarrollo Pertinentes.

PERFIL DE PUESTO

  • EXPERIENCIA:
    10 Años manejando Controles de Inventarios, experiencia en MRP II, JIT y Kanban.
  • ESCOLARIDAD REQUERIDA:
    Titulo profesional y diplomado o certificacion.
  • ESTUDIOS ESPECÍFICOS:
    CPIM, Green Belt, Demand Driven.
  • IDIOMA REQUERIDO:
    Inglés avanzado.
