Brindar soporte técnico, operativo y de mantenimiento a los sistemas digitales utilizados

por la compañía, asegurando la correcta operación, actualización y funcionalidad de las

plataformas, correos electrónicos, sitio web y herramientas de gestión utilizadas por los

equipos de ventas, marketing y operaciones.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Creación, configuración, eliminación y mantenimiento de cuentas de correo electrónico

(Outlook).

  • Administración de accesos y seguridad de cuentas.

Manejo de plataformas e integraciones:

  • Configuración, soporte técnico y mantenimiento de: Pipedrive, Pandadoc, Formstack,

Bind, Travefy, Guesty, WordPress, GoDaddy, OptinMonster, entre otras. Preferible experiencia en ellas o similares.

  • Seguimiento a errores reportados y gestión de soporte externo si es necesario.

  • Gestión suscripciones de herramientas.

Gestión de sitio web (WordPress):

  • Actualización de plugins y revisión del sistema.

  • Escaneo de malware y corrección de alertas.

  • Resolución básica de bugs.

  • Revisión y optimización de páginas existentes.

  • Optimización de imágenes (metadata).

  • Cambios en Index bajo solicitud.
    Habilidades y Conocimientos Técnicos Deseables

  • Administración de WordPress (intermedio a avanzado).

  • Conocimientos básicos de SEO y optimización web.

  • Manejo de paneles de control de dominios (GoDaddy).

  • Experiencia en integración de plataformas SaaS.

  • Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas técnicos.

  • Seguridad básica en servidores y sitios web.

  • Documentación de procesos técnicos.

  • Entre otras tareas.

Requisitos Académicos

  • Carrera técnica o licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática, TI, Ingeniería en Computación

o afines.

  • Certificaciones en WordPress, SEO o soporte técnico (deseables).
