What will you be doing here?

La vacante tiene como objetivo construir y difundir dentro de la organización la visión de las campañas de marketing desde una perspectiva centrada en el cliente y consultoras como centrada en los ajustes necesarios para mejorar la performance, auxiliando en la toma de decisiones y generación de insigths para la mejora de la estrategia de crecimiento de Natura y Avon.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Medir y generar insights para las operaciones de los canales de venta de Natura y Avon Hispana, a través de estudios utilizando como fuentes bancos transaccionales, de engagement, de navegación y otros.
• Identificar, evaluar y validar ideas que puedan significar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
• Validar hipótesis
• Apoyar al equipo de CRM con seguimiento activo del desempeño de la operación, estudios ad hoc (foco en el perfil y viaje de los consumidores y consultoras), Creación y seguimiento de KPIs a través de dashboards, Propuesta y A/B testing;
• Principal responsable de compartir información y apoyar el equipo de CRM (planificación, implementación y comercial) en sus decisiones del negocio.
• Sincronización con el equipo de Analytics de otras geografías;
• Contribución activa a la toma de decisiones en el área a través de datos y generación de insights, siendo referencia junto a los canales y las squads de Growth enfocados en las mejores prácticas en marketing digital.
• Tener actitud proativa y auto gerenciable
• Requisitos Excluyentes: Conocimiento avanzado de SQL y Python
• Deseable: Conocimiento en Databricks/Tableau/Dashboards. Experiencia en CRM o Ecomerce
• Formación: Area tecnicas: Sistemas de información/ingeniaria de computación/administración/analisis y desarrollo de sistemas
