Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses.**Role Type**Permanent**What will you be doing here?**¿Te apasiona el anÃlisis de datos y la gestión estratégica?En Natura, buscamos a un(a) Analista de Cobranza & Analytics que potencie la recuperación de cartera, asegure el bienestar de nuestras consultoras y contribuya al crecimiento sostenible del negocio.**What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?**- **Liderar la gestión y seguimiento del desempeño de agencias de cobranza.**:- **Garantizar una asignación eficiente de cartera, enfocada en la temporalidad de pedidos vencidos.**:- **Analizar tendencias de recuperación por antigüedad, región y temporalidad.**:- **Comparar resultados entre agencias para replicar mejores prÃcticas.**:- **Monitorear KPIs internos: tipificación, tiempos de llamada, efectividad de canales, entre otros.**:- **Asegurar calidad mediante escucha activa de grabaciones y uso de scripts autorizados.**:- **Realizar visitas (planeadas y sorpresivas) para supervisar gestión, herramientas y equipos.**:- **Participar en reuniones con agencias para alinear estrategias y revisar resultados mensuales.**:- **Diseñar e implementar estrategias innovadoras que incentiven el desempeño.**:- **Apoyar en la capacitación de equipos y el dimensionamiento adecuado de gestores.**:- **Liderar proyectos internos que mejoren procesos y desempeño del Ãrea.**'‹**What will you find here?**We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
