Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Aguascalientes

The Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring the product/process Quality, Process Validation/Qualification of the new and current assembly lines, ensuring that Quality Management System and Customer requirements are met.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Monitors the Quality of the product(s) assigned evaluating the results against the ones agreed with the Customer or defined Internally. 
  • Work together with the Engineers from other departments to find root causes and define actions to the problems that are generated during the processes.
  • Develop Instructions for inspection, testing and evaluation of the products and processes assigned.
  • Assure data availability and integrity for all quality related data as well as consolidating data in quality reports.
  • Initiate corrective actions requests as needed and tracking until completion.
  • Managing of Quality Inspectors on daily activities.
     

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related.
  • Experience is a plus as Quality Engineer or similar role.
  • Knowledge in statistics.
  • Knowledge in Core Tools.
  • Knowledge in Problem Solving Methodologies.
  • People Management is a plus.
  • Intermediate English
  • Knowledge in Quality Systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Corrective/Preventive Actions is a plus.
  • Knowledge in New Products Introduction is a plus.
