General objective of the position:

Develop suppliers in accordance with APQP and VDA 6.3, approve new suppliers in terms of quality for new projects. Compliance with annual audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and VDA. Ensure compliance with customer-defined quality standards for required raw materials, ensuring that suppliers meet specific requirements and applicable standards.

Specific duties of the position:

Design methods for inspecting new incoming material by defining the flow, review times, rate, critical points, etc. to ensure that it complies with the conditions agreed upon with the supplier.

·    When there is non-compliant incoming material, the supplier is alerted and the claim is followed up by requesting the 8D report and verifying that the actions have been completed and the problem has been corrected so that a new inspection is not necessary. Only for FG process, RMAs

·    Defines suspicious material that is retained and requests its containment, reviews it, and, depending on the result, approves its release

·    Requests standards, dimensions, tests, etc. from suppliers to comply with the requirements of the supplier development program.

·    Conducts third-party audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, sending self-assessment documents and subsequently verifying them physically with suppliers.

·    Generate follow-up plans with suppliers to ensure compliance with the requested corrective actions.

Document interactions with suppliers, including audit reports, follow-ups, etc., to incorporate them into the Quality Management system. ·    Compliance with and attention to the organization's comprehensive management system, as applicable to the position (compliance with IATF, ISO 14001, 45001 & TISAX)

·    Analysis, evaluation, and release of PPAP in accordance with IATF, AIAG

·    Quarantine, incoming and outgoing inventory management

·    RMA and quarantine chargeback tracking

·    Inventory count representative

·    Supplier score card

·    Engineering changes in raw materials

·    LPA, product, and process audits
