A multinational company is seeking an
Indirect Procurement Coordinator
to support procurement activities across Latin America. The position will lead the
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
process end-to-end and manage sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract administration within
Commercial and Corporate categories
.

This is a
hands-on, tactical role
focused on ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with regional strategies while collaborating with key stakeholders across corporate and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the full
    Procure-to-Pay process
    , ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage
    RFX processes
    (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and support competitive bidding and supplier selection.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with business priorities.
  • Implement regional procurement strategies at the local level, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Conduct
    contract negotiations
    and oversee contract lifecycle management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to drive service quality and performance.
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls, risk management, and audit requirements.
  • Analyze spend and performance data to identify
    cost savings
    and
    process improvement opportunities
    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience
    in procurement, ideally within indirect categories (Marketing, Commercial, or Corporate).
  • English
    skills.
  • Proven experience managing the
    end-to-end P2P process
    and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong
    contract negotiation and management
    capabilities.
  • Skilled in
    sourcing processes
    and supplier evaluation through RFX events.
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
  • Experience with
    risk management
    ,
    process optimization
    , and
    sustainability initiatives
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    and familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
