Requirements
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase website visibility and improve Google search rankings.
  • Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console to monitor, analyze, and enhance website SEO performance.
  • Submit and maintain large, dynamic sitemaps to ensure accurate indexing and optimal search presence.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate SEO best practices into website design and architecture.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for organic growth.
  • Optimize website content, including metadata, headlines, and descriptions, to improve engagement and ranking.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Partner with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with content and campaign initiatives.
Profile & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of total professional experience, with at least 3 years in SEO management for high-traffic websites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Strong knowledge of web development principles and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager.
  • Proven ability to improve Google rankings through effective SEO strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and their impact on SEO.
  • Solid understanding of keyword research, data models, and content optimization.
  • Power BI skills for analytics and visualization are a plus.
  • Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications are highly desirable.
