What Makes This Role Great
In this role, you will be the primary technical architect of growth for Tekla PowerFab in the LATAM region. You aren't just selling software; you are spearheading the digital transformation of the steel industry, directly influencing how major infrastructure and buildings are realized while evolving into a high-visibility regional leader within a global technology powerhouse.

*Key Exciting Responsibilities*

  • Lead high-impact technical demonstrations of Tekla PowerFab, tailoring complex solutions to meet the unique needs of steel fabricators and construction leaders.
  • Partner strategically with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and convert technical validation into successful business bookings.
  • Orchestrate the customer journey from pre-sales vision to post-sales reality, owning onboarding and implementation to ensure long-term client success.
  • Champion regional enablement by collaborating with global Product and Engineering teams to align software capabilities with the specific needs of the LATAM market.
  • Cultivate an entrepreneurial environment where you serve as the technical subject matter expert, bridging the gap between hardware, software, and real-world shop operations.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of expertise in steel fabrication environments, fabrication management, or construction technology.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Tekla PowerFab or similar MIS/fabrication management solutions (e.g., Strumis, Fabtrol).
  • Deep workflow knowledge spanning estimating, production, purchasing, inventory, and project management.
  • Bilingual communication skills with fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
  • A proactive, consultant-driven mindset with a talent for translating technical workflows into clear business value.

  • Experience with Tekla Structures or Trimble Connect.
  • A specialized background in steel estimating or shop floor operations.
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS pre-sales activities within the construction technology sector.

*Logistics*

  • Location: Remote (Mexico) or Office-based (Mexico City)
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 30% across the LATAM region
