Analista de Auditoría de alimentos

Esquema de trabajo: 40% oficinas / 60% revisión en oficinas en distintos estados

Oficinas centrales: Ciudad de México Zona metropolitana

Buscamos un/a Analista de Auditoría de alimentos responsable de auditar las operaciones distintas operaciones en diferentes instalaciones de la empresa, así como de la gestión de los incumplimientos identificados durante las auditorías.

Las funciones principales del auditor de alimentos se centran en garantizar la seguridad, calidad y cumplimiento normativo de los productos alimenticios que se venden o almacenan a través de la plataforma. Esto implica proteger la salud pública y la reputación de la marca.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Realización de Auditorías: Ejecutar inspecciones in situ de las instalaciones de almacenamiento y operaciones de manejo de alimentos (como centros de cumplimiento o de los vendedores) para evaluar su conformidad con las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria establecidas.
  • Evaluación de Riesgos: Utilizar listas de comprobación y herramientas específicas para identificar peligros y riesgos potenciales en los procesos de manejo y almacenamiento de alimentos.
  • Verificación de Cumplimiento Normativo: Asegurar que tanto la empresa como sus vendedores cumplan con todas las leyes y regulaciones mexicanas e internacionales pertinentes en materia de seguridad alimentaria (como las normas ISO 22000 u otras certificaciones reconocidas).
  • Implementación de Políticas y Procedimientos: Colaborar con los equipos internos para implementar políticas y procedimientos integrales de seguridad alimentaria en toda la red de cumplimiento.
  • Emisión de Informes y Acciones Correctivas: Documentar los hallazgos de las auditorías, comunicar los problemas a los departamentos pertinentes e impulsar la implementación de acciones correctivas para resolver no conformidades.
  • Monitoreo y Mejora Continua: Participar en la gestión de riesgos e identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en los procesos para elevar los estándares de calidad y seguridad de los productos alimenticios.
  • Auditorías de Proveedores: En algunos casos, puede implicar auditar a los proveedores externos para minimizar los riesgos en la cadena de suministro.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Logística, Cadena de Suministro, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Gestión de la Calidad, Seguridad Alimentaria, Administración o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia en auditorías en el sector de alimentos y productos peligrosos
  • Entendimiento del inglés a nivel B1.
  • Conocimientos del Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.
  • Conocimientos de ISO 27001 igual es global, es sobre auditor líder, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 y GFSI.
