The Billing Implementation Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting customer billing implementations from data gathering through go-live. This role focuses on validating billing requirements, preparing implementation workbooks, supporting data imports, and ensuring billing accuracy within our Client platform.

Responsibilities:

Implementation Support

  • Assist with gathering, validating, and documenting customer billing requirements
  • Create all billing implementation workbooks for customer use
  • Support data imports and validation for billing-related data

Testing & Validation

  • Identify discrepancies or risks and escalate them to the Implementation Manager
  • Validate all customer charges and payments are reflective in the customer workbook and August Health
  • Assist with pre–go-live checks and first billing runs
  • Customer communication (as needed) for validating any data discrepancies

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in billing operations, accounting or finance.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with excel.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience in healthcare is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other billing systems
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and validating data sets

This is a contractor scheme, fully remote for Mexico based people with USD payment. Please consider before applying.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15, $25,000.00 per month
