Commercial Finance Analyst
que juegue un rol clave en el negocio, conectando Finanzas y Ventas para habilitar decisiones de pricing, rentabilidad y ejecución comercial.

Responsabilidades

  • Conciliar deducciones de clientes en coordinación con Ventas y Shared Services (US), asegurando una resolución oportuna y precisa.
  • Dar seguimiento y control al
    trade spend ("money bag")
    , validando deducciones contra términos comerciales y promociones aprobadas.
  • Monitorear y analizar gasto comercial y
    G2N
    por cliente y Pack ID, asegurando consistencia y trazabilidad en reportes.
  • Apoyar análisis de rentabilidad, pricing y evaluaciones post-promoción, identificando ROI y oportunidades de optimización.
  • Colaborar con equipos locales y de US para fortalecer reportes, controles comerciales y procesos financieros.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua relacionadas con deducciones, G2N y flujos de reporting.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía, Ingeniería o carrera afín.
  • 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Finanzas Comerciales, FP&A, Sales Finance, Controllership o roles similares.
  • Experiencia en conciliaciones, deducciones, trade spend o controles comerciales.
  • Excel avanzado; experiencia con sistemas ERP (SAP deseable).
  • Alta capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y enfoque en control.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa en un entorno dinámico y de crecimiento.
