As an INTERCOMPANY GL ANALYST, you will be responsible for general accounting services provided to several affiliates and departments (SBU) with an accent on the accuracy and compliance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Intercompany accounting of transactions among PPG affiliates according to US GAAP standards and SOX controls.
  • Month-end closing accounting and related activities.
  • Accurate supporting documentation and account analysis of assigned balance sheet accounts.
  • Identification and correction of common accounting issues for intercompany transactions.
  • Partnership and support to partners (USCA, SBU, other SSC teams).
  • Data gathering for internal and external audit purpose.
  • Administrative tasks related to the position such as reporting of activities and tracking on PPG Policies for the intercompany function.
  • Follow-up and validation of out of balance transactions between the PPG entities

Qualifications

  • Accounting/finance licensure (High-school or University degree) or accounting skills.
  • 2 or more years of experience in accounting tasks.
  • English on a level (written and spoken).
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Accuracy and numeracy skills.
  • Great teammate.
  • Knowledge of Oracle/SAP and experience in a similar role in a multinational company.
  • Standard set of digital literacy.
