We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst (BA) with Hospitality experience (preferred) to play a critical role in bridging business needs with Salesforce technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Core Platform, and a working understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities are essential. Familiarity with Agentforce is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Core Salesforce features

Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Admins to ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution

Define and document user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria

Support configuration and deployment processes in CI/CD environments

Drive requirements and release planning sessions, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos

Facilitate stakeholder communications, ensuring clarity of requirements and project scope

Provide leadership and mentoring to junior BAs and project teams

Ensure traceability of business requirements to final deliverables and validate implemented features against requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Salesforce implementations

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Core Salesforce platform

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Git

Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex business processes and propose effective solutions

Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with executive stakeholders and technical teams alike

Demonstrated leadership ability in cross-functional project settings

Able to travel to the US

Familiarity with Agentforce or similar Salesforce modules (optional)

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Experience Cloud Consultant

Exposure to Agile tools like Jira, DevOps, or Rally

Hospitality experience

Experience in change management, user training, and solution adoption initiatives

Understanding of data migration and integration processes
