Por crecimiento interno, en Sanhua Mexico Industry nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Técnico de Soporte de IT para brindar atención y soporte técnico a usuarios finales, y líneas de producción garantizando la correcta operación de los equipos, sistemas y aplicaciones de la empresa.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Brindar soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel a usuarios y líneas de producción (presencial y remoto).
- Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias de hardware, software y conectividad.
- Instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de equipos de cómputo, impresoras y dispositivos móviles.
- Soporte a sistemas operativos Windows.
- Apoyo en tareas de inventario de equipos y activos de IT.
- Escalamiento de incidentes cuando sea necesario.
- Cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad de la información.
Requisitos:
- Carrera técnica o licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática o afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en soporte técnico.
- Conocimientos en Windows 10/11.
- Redes básicas (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Reparación de Hardware de PC y laptops.
- Actitud de servicio y buena comunicación con usuarios.
Deseable:
- Inglés básico/intermedio
