Responsibilities: Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Participate in project rollouts and deployments. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. At Hemmersbach, we work with a wide range of clients, including major technology companies and global corporations. Our onsite technicians are a crucial part of our team, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring our clients' IT infrastructure runs smoothly.
