  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 to 5 years minimum experience with product development, launch, launch process, etc.

Other Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work within the Ford Hybrid Work Model policy
  • Prior Business Analytics, Program Management and / or Planning experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of automotive aftermarket, vehicle dealerships - particularly in sales/service of vehicle accessories / personalization.
  • Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.
  • Project / Program Management Skills with strength in managing multiple projects
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills required for internal management interaction and cross-functional team meeting facilitation.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiastic, open minded and a team player.
  • Analytical thinking with ability to embrace process disciplines.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects and deliver superior results on a timely basis

  • Responsabilities

  • Direct and Facilitate Key Management Meetings
  • Direct and Facilitate Key Cross-Functional Team Meetings.
  • Support development and implementation of VPPDS & Pre- process improvements
  • Coordinate targets, controls, and metrics in all process documentation for VPPDS
  • Lead and Facilitate updates to the Vehicle Personalization Program Development System as the department evolves
  • Ensure team accountability on key deliverable completion
  • Monitor team progress on key deliverable completion
  • Lead and support internal control processes including completion of annual adherence to AFR, MCRP, Business Continuity Plan, Basic Control File, DRIM, Required Record Retention and other Company Internal Control directives. SPOC for GAO Audit as needed
  • Support Audit Reviews and issue resolution
  • Create and maintain documentation for systems fixes, desk procedures/templates and processes.
