Architect clinical AI and digital twin platforms — Senior Applied AI Lead Needed

Title: Tech Lead (Solutions Architect + Applied AI Lead) — Digital Twin & Clinical AI — Remote (Contractor)

Location: Remote - Offshore-friendly (preference for regions with overlapping Americas/Europe hours - Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil), Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus), Africa (Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Ghana, Egypt) if English is strong.) Base fee: USD $1500 - $2,500 / MONTH + Performance Incentive (paid via Wise or bank direct deposit)

We build precision-personalized AI (digital twin, clinical AI assistant) to improve health and wellbeing for health and medical practitioners and their patients. Our platform demands secure, scalable, multi-tenant, white-label architecture with strong observability, privacy and guardrails.

Who You Are

You are a senior tech lead/solutions architect who ships cloud products and production LLM/agent features. You design multi-tenant architectures, secure data pipelines from devices, set SLOs/observability, and apply safety/evals/guardrails to LLM features. You mentor engineers and improve platform reliability. You have exceptional attention to detail and prefer working independently focusing on objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture: multi-tenant, white-label, observability, IaC, SLOs and platform reliability.

• Turn LLM/agent capabilities into shipped features: RAG, agents, evals, caching and safety/guardrails.

• Design secure data pipelines (wearables → insights), privacy-by-design, and audit readiness.

• Mentor and uplevel engineering teams; produce ADRs, diagrams and production hardening guidance.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications

• 8+ years building cloud products with 3+ years as Tech Lead/Architect and LLMs/agents in production.

• Strong system design, APIs, MLOps/CI-CD, security and observability experience.

• Demonstrable architecture artifacts (diagrams, ADRs) and experience hardening LLM features for production.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in healthtech, regulated data, voice agents or vector DB architectures.

• Experience with digital twin concepts or clinical AI workflows.

Benefits

Compensation & performance bonuses

Retainer: USD $1500 - $2,500 per month (adjustable by seniority and scope).

Performance Incentive: Annual bonus for consistent KPI over-performance

Payment & contractor terms

Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via Wise or bank direct deposit. Monthly retainer invoicing.
